How do I set up my Sykafy AI digital assistant?
After signing in, head to your dashboard and follow the setup wizard. Add your content sources, configure your assistant's name, and deploy it in minutes.
Can I use Sykafy AI on multiple websites?
Yes. Each project you create can be deployed to a different website. You can manage all your projects from a single dashboard.
What happens at the end of my free trial?
Your account will transition to a paid plan unless you cancel at least 5 days before the trial expires. You can cancel anytime via your account settings or by emailing us.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel through your account settings at any time, or email us at support@sykasys.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
My assistant isn't responding correctly — what should I do?
First, try redeploying your project from the dashboard. If the issue persists, email our support team with your project name and a description of the problem.
How do I update the content my assistant uses?
Go to your project settings, update or re-upload your content sources, and redeploy. Changes typically go live within a few minutes.
