2. Description of Service
Sykafy AI provides a platform that allows businesses to turn their website into a 24/7 AI digital assistant. You can connect your site, let Sykafy AI learn your content, and embed a chat widget that answers visitor questions automatically.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, have full power and authority to enter into these Terms, and will abide by them.
4. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate information including your name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@sykasys.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.
5. Billing & Cancellations
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
6. Ownership & Licence
The Site, Service, and all content, software, and materials are owned by or licensed to Sykalabs. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your business purposes. You retain ownership of any content you submit.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: violate any applicable law; upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights; attempt to reverse engineer the Service; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or use the Service to send unsolicited marketing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to all actions we take with respect to your data in compliance with that policy.
9. Disclaimers & Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYKALABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the United Kingdom.
